Every image is printed on a Semi-Gloss/Luster 260gsm photo paper with a half-inch white margin border.

Prints are not framed.

All prints are made and shipped from Phoenix, Arizona.

All prints are made-to-order so please allow 2-3 business days to process.

8 in x 10 in prints are packaged in an envelope. 13 in x 19 in prints are packaged in a tube.

Shipping time depends on your location but please allow for up to 30 days.

Refunds will not be accepted unless your print was damaged during transit. If so, please send a picture of the damage to jli@jeffliphotography.com.

All of the prints are inspected for quality before shipping and while I do my best to ensure the print arrives in perfect condition, it can be damaged during transit.

I will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Thank you!
